Balancing emotions with a logical approach , mentally strong people recognize how their emotions can sway their thinking. 

So , you need to balance self-acceptance with self improvement. That is how you accept who they are, while simultaneously recognising their need for personal development.


Emotions, the major source of motivation, and a substantial factor in our ability to think clearly and the most present, pressing and sometimes painful force in our lives. The way we act on our emotions quickly or on the other way  react to the wrong kinds of emotions, we often make decisions that we later regret.


Anger, hurt/ bitterness (negative emotions)  tend to spiral out of control  so don’t react right away ,be conscious of your thoughts while searching for the “ WHY” factor of your emotions this can change the way you think about the situation  and assists you to choose how you want to react  so that you  modify  your expectations and avoid negative thinking which surrounds you with balanced emotions.
